An Integrated Approach
I use a variety of therapeutic tools to meet each client’s unique needs. My primary approach is Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which helps individuals better understand and manage their emotions while building healthier relationships.
I incorporate Motivational Interviewing to support personal growth and inspire meaningful change, along side trauma-informed care to ensure a safe, compassionate space for healing.
I offer Christian counseling as an additional layer of spiritual support on their journey. Growing in faith is a beautiful thing.
Keeping up with training helps me to provide the best care. This allows me to be creative, caring, and supportive.

Blending families can be both rewarding and challenging especially when anger, frustration, and misunderstandings arise. I work with individuals and families navigating the complexities of step-parenting, merging two families, and parenting angry or disconnected teens.
I help blended families create healthy boundaries, improve communication, and build meaningful connections. Together, we work toward creating a home where every member feels heard, respected, and valued.

Outside of being a therapist, I’m a military wife and a mother to two wonderful children who are active in sports and dance. In my free time, I enjoy family nights with movies and games, or grabbing a good book and relaxing in one of my favorite, cozy spots. Sometimes, you can even find me playing video games or enjoying a Dungeons & Dragons campaign!
