Sliding Fee Scale

We offer a limited sliding fee scale based on income and household size to help make care more accessible. Please contact us to learn more about details and eligibility.

Good Faith Estimate

If you are paying out of pocket, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for your services. This estimate helps you understand the cost of care before beginning therapy.

Understanding your benefits:
Questions to ask your insurance carrier

Insurance benefits can vary widely by plan. While we verify coverage when possible, the most accurate information comes directly from your insurance carrier.

We recommend asking

  • Does my plan cover telehealth therapy?

  • What is my out-of-pocket cost per session?

  • Do I need prior authorization or a referral?

  • Are there limits on the number of sessions per year?

We are happy to help you interpret what you are told.
