Do any of these sound like you?

Do you often feel overwhelmed by your thoughts, emotions, or responsibilities even when you seem “fine” on the outside?

Do you experience racing or repetitive thoughts that are hard to quiet?

Do you get distracted easily or feel mentally exhausted trying to keep up?

Therapy can be a space where you no longer have to carry everything alone.

Find Your Balance

Hi there, I’m Taylor. I’m a therapist who works with individuals, young adults, and families across Ohio. I create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself.

You can openly explore what’s been weighing on you without fear of judgment. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, or challenges within your family, I’m here to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences and work toward change.

Working with Me

Performance Anxiety

Do you struggle with performance anxiety, fear of failure, or intense pressure to succeed? Athletes and high-performing individuals often face stress, overthinking, perfectionism, self-doubt, and burnout while trying to meet constant expectations.

Therapy can help strengthen confidence, improve emotional resilience, manage pressure. Develop healthy coping strategies so you can perform with greater focus, balance, and peace of mind both on and off your platform.

"Taylor-ed" Approach

Therapy is most meaningful when it feels safe, supportive, and genuinely collaborative. I draw from several evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

I tailor my work to fit your unique needs and goals. Together, we can build practical tools, deepen self-awareness, and find new ways to cope, communicate, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
