Do you put others' needs before your own, leaving little time for self-care?
Do you feel stuck in unhealthy patterns or relationships and unsure how to make a change?
Whether you're facing challenges or looking to grow, therapy can help you gain clarity, build stronger relationships, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

This is Real Life
Hello, I am Lillian. I offer a warm conversational, collaborative approach to therapy. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can show up authentically, feel understood, and explore your experiences without fear of judgment.
I enjoy helping clients make connections between their experiences, emotions, and patterns of behavior, often bringing a fresh perspective to challenges that feel difficult to navigate. Together, we'll build on your strengths, explore new possibilities, and find practical ways to create meaningful change in your everyday life.

Working with Me
A Safe Space for You
My background in fitness and wellness has shaped my appreciation for the connection between mental and physical health. I take a whole-person perspective, considering how movement, sleep, nutrition, daily routines, and the environments and information we surround ourselves with can influence our emotional wellbeing and nervous system.
Together, we can explore these connections and identify realistic, sustainable changes that support greater balance and overall quality of life.
I am With You Every Step
My approach is grounded in person-centered and humanistic principles, recognizing that each person brings unique experiences, strengths, and perspectives to therapy. I draw from cognitive-behavioral, attachment-informed, mindfulness-informed, and strengths-based approaches to tailor our work to your individual needs and goals.
By exploring the connections between your thoughts, emotions, past experiences, and relationships, we can identify patterns, develop practical coping strategies, and build greater confidence in navigating life's challenges.

More About Me
Outside of therapy, I enjoy creative projects, caring for my tropical plants, and anything involving good soul and R&B music. I love exploring new coffee shops, finding little ways to practice self-care, and giving back through volunteering. I'm also always on the hunt for a great cappuccino or something sweet!
