Do any of these sound like you?

Do you have a difficult time slowing down, switching off, or giving yourself a break when needed?

Do small tasks sometimes feel difficult to start or finish?

Do you feel exhausted from managing your thoughts, emotions and responsibilities?

You are here. That is the first step. Progress often begins with simply having a space where you feel heard

Moving Forward Together

You don’t have to figure life out alone. I provide a supportive space where you can talk openly, better understand what you’re experiencing, and explore what you need to move forward.

You don’t need to know exactly what to say or where to start. We’ll figure that out together. I’ll meet you where you are, help you recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical tools that fit your everyday life.

Understanding Emotional Patterns

Supportive, Practical, Collaborative

Anxiety, stress, and difficult emotions can affect how you think, feel, respond to others, and move through everyday life. Sometimes you may recognize that something isn’t working but still feel unsure about how to change it.

I help clients slow down and better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Together, we can identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop practical strategies for responding to challenges differently. The goal isn’t to eliminate every difficult feeling, but to help you feel more confident and equipped when those feelings show up.

Therapy works best when you feel comfortable being yourself and know that your concerns will be met with compassion, curiosity, and respect.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and behavioral therapy techniques to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical skills for everyday life. As a Counselor-in-Training, I work closely with my clinical supervisor, adding another layer of professional guidance and support to the care I provide.

Learn more about me

I am a graduate of Kent State University, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University and am completing my training as a Counselor-in-Training. I have experience in emergency dispatching. I know how to remain calm, focused, and compassionate during some of life’s most difficult and stressful moments. I bring these skills into my counseling work, allowing me to be a steady and supportive presence for my clients.

Outside of my work in counseling, I enjoy spending time outdoors and connecting with nature. I especially love taking my fur baby on walks and exploring new places together. In my spare time, I also enjoy discovering and trying new recipes I find online, making cooking another creative and relaxing outlet.
